These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AccountIQ (“Service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AccountIQ is currently offered as a beta product. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We recommend against relying on AccountIQ as a single source of truth for critical decisions during the beta period. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use AccountIQ. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you add to AccountIQ (tracked accounts, contacts, notes, logos, templates). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We will never sell your data or share it with other AccountIQ users.
AccountIQ ingests public data from sources including SEC EDGAR, public news feeds, and content you authorize us to access via Google Calendar. We rely on these sources as-is and make no guarantee about their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You are responsible for independently verifying any intelligence before acting on it.
AccountIQ uses AI models (including Anthropic’s Claude) to summarize news, classify signals, and generate meeting prep and EBR deck content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You must review all AI-generated content before sharing it externally or using it to make business decisions. AccountIQ is not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
AccountIQ, including the software, design, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if we discontinue the Service, or if we are legally required to do so. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCOUNTIQ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of AccountIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
